The majority of returns will be refunded via FASON DE VIV store credit in the form of a gift card.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after your returned item(s) are received.

Please note that for lost packages, we can only provide FDV store credit.

To exchange an item, please return the original item for store credit and place a new order for the desired item(s).
