At FASON DE VIV, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: Returns must include the original order packing slip or a return invoice from our Online Returns Portal, clearly indicating the items being returned.

Initiating a Return:

  • Visit our Online Returns Portal to begin the return process.

  • The portal is accessible to all customers, including international orders.

  • US customers can purchase a prepaid return shipping label through the portal for convenient tracking and faster processing.

Refund Method:

  • The majority of returns will be refunded via FASON DE VIV store credit in the form of a gift card.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after your returned item(s) are received.

  • Using the prepaid return label will expedite the refund process.

Return Shipping:

  • US customers: We offer prepaid return shipping labels through our Online Returns Portal. This is the recommended method for tracking and faster credit processing.

  • International customers: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Please note that for lost packages, we can only provide FDV store credit.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • To exchange an item, please return the original item for store credit and place a new order for the desired item(s).

Final Sale Items:

  • The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Sale items (unless for an exchange)

  • Bodysuits

  • Swimwear

  • Undergarments

  • Beauty products

  • Cosmetics

  • Accessories

  • "Party Wear" (Halloween costumes, etc.)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

  • Please report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.

Important Notes:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Please retain your proof of postage and/or tracking number.

  • Return drop-offs are not accepted at our corporate office.

  • Sale items can be exchanged, however we do not provide return labels for sale items.

  • Non-FASON DE VIV items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded.

Reserved Rights:

  • We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns in cases of:

  • Excessive or irregular return history indicative of "wardrobing."

  • Returns of worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

  • We also reserve the right to refuse service to any customer due to similar actions.
